Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes conduct and content that are prohibited on fastinvites.com (the “Service”), operated by 15797535 Canada Inc. (d/b/a “fastinvites”). It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meaning given there.
We may remove content, make events inaccessible (“block” them), and suspend or terminate access for violations of this AUP — with or without notice, at our discretion.
1. You may not use the Service to
Illegal or harmful activity
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate illegal activity.
- Promote, organize, or facilitate violence, terrorism, human trafficking, or the sale of illegal goods or services.
- Infringe anyone’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
Harmful, abusive, or deceptive content
- Post content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or that incites violence or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any protected characteristic.
- Post sexually explicit material, or any content that sexualizes minors. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the Canadian Centre for Child Protection (Cybertip.ca), as required by law.
- Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
- Run scams, phishing, fraud, pyramid or “get-rich-quick” schemes, or deceptive events.
Security and integrity
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users’ accounts, manage links, or our systems or networks.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or authentication measures, without our prior written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including via denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests, or circumventing rate limits.
Misuse and spam
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or use the Service to harvest contact information.
- Scrape, crawl, or use bots to access the Service except as expressly permitted.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly allowed.
- Create events with false, misleading, or placeholder content to abuse the Service.
Uploaded media (applies to images and any future media features)
- Upload images you do not have the right to share.
- Upload images that depict the prohibited content above, that contain hidden malware, or that violate anyone’s privacy or likeness rights.
2. Reporting violations
If you see content or an event that violates this AUP, use the in-product report function or email [email protected]. We review reports and may block or remove events at our discretion. We may also act on violations we discover ourselves, though we are not obligated to monitor content.
3. Consequences
Depending on severity, violations may result in content removal, an event being blocked or deleted, suspension or termination of an account, forfeiture of any paid features, and, where appropriate, referral to law-enforcement authorities. Blocking and unblocking decisions are made at our discretion and may be reversed.
4. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
